1. Role of Eligify (LSP)

Eligify is a Lending Service Provider (LSP) and a technology platform. We are NOT a Bank, NBFC, or direct lender. We facilitate the discovery of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance) through our regulated partners. The final decision on any application rests solely with the Regulated Entity (RE).

2. The Bidding System

Our platform uses a proprietary neutral matchmaking engine. Lenders bid for your profile based on your information. You are under no obligation to accept any bid. Once you accept a bid, your data is shared with that specific lender for final processing.

3. User Obligations & Accuracy

You warrant that all information provided is accurate and belongs to you. Providing fraudulent documents (fake PAN, edited bank statements) will lead to:

Immediate account termination
Reporting to Credit Bureaus
Legal action under Section 420 of IPC

4. Intellectual Property

All algorithms, brand elements, UI designs, and the "Financial Profile" concept are proprietary intellectual property of Eligify Fintech Solutions Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use or scraping of our platform is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.
